Purchases

When you place an order through this website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including payment and shipping details.

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price listed at the time your order is placed.

  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of the artwork.

  • Payment is processed securely through a third-party payment processor. See the Privacy Policy for more details.

  • You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, customs duties, or import fees associated with your order.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside my control.

  • Risk of loss and title for artwork pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me promptly at natalya@artbynatalya.com if it arrives damaged.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Because each piece of original artwork is one of a kind, all original artwork sales are final.

  • Prints/reproductions may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging.

  • Damaged or defective items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at my discretion. Please contact me within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Commissions

If you commission a custom piece of artwork:

  • A deposit of 50% may be required before work begins and is non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as creative work can take longer than expected.

  • The number of revisions included, if any, will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

  • Final artwork may vary from any sketches, mockups, or reference materials due to the nature of the creative process.

  • Cancellation by the client after work has begun may forfeit some or all of the deposit, depending on work completed.

Product Descriptions

I make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph artwork, but colors, textures, and finishes may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of original art and prints.

Third-Party Links

This website may include links to third-party websites or services, workshop venues, social media platforms, or email subscription services. Natalya Khorover is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.

Workshops and Events

Event listings are subject to change. Visitors are encouraged to confirm details with the hosting organization or event provider when applicable.

Comments and User Conduct

Visitors may have the opportunity to leave comments on blog posts. By posting comments, you agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, spam-related, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
